In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "pkr998", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of pkr998.site and all associated gaming services provided under that domain.

• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the primary currency denominated on the pkr998 Platform for Pakistani users.
• "Bonus Funds" means any non-cashable promotional credit, matched deposit bonus, free spins equivalent, or similar incentive credited to a Player's pkr998 Account in connection with a promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum aggregate betting turnover that Bonus Funds must generate before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal from a pkr998 Account.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to pkr998's identity verification procedures, which may include requesting government-issued identification, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership.

References to any statute, statutory provision, or subordinate legislation include any modification, re-enactment, or replacement thereof in force from time to time. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

To be eligible to register and maintain a pkr998 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and continue to meet this requirement throughout your use of pkr998.
2. You are registering the Account in your own legal name and for your sole personal use. Registration on behalf of third parties is not permitted.
3. You have not previously been excluded or banned from pkr998 and are not subject to a self-exclusion arrangement that would prohibit your registration.
4. You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or family member of an employee of pkr998 or any affiliated entity.
5. Participation in pkr998's games and betting markets is lawful in your jurisdiction. pkr998 does not provide legal advice — it is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform complies with applicable local laws.
6. You have not been diagnosed with or do not suffer from any gambling-related disorder that your medical or mental health professional has advised you to address by refraining from gambling activities.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any details change. pkr998 may, at its absolute discretion, decline to open an Account or suspend an existing Account pending completion of verification procedures.

pkr998 enforces a strict one Account per person and per household policy. Only one Account may be registered per unique mobile number, national identity number, bank account, JazzCash account, EasyPaisa account, or IP address household. Where pkr998 determines that multiple Accounts exist in violation of this policy, all Accounts may be suspended, Bonus Funds forfeited, and the matter reviewed by the compliance team.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pkr998 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) received via SMS. Specifically:

• You must not share your pkr998 login credentials with any third party for any reason whatsoever. pkr998 staff will never ask for your password or OTP.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify pkr998 support immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.
• All activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. pkr998 shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• You must ensure that your registered contact information — particularly your mobile number — remains accurate and in your exclusive possession. Your registered number is used for OTP authentication, withdrawal verification, and account recovery.

You acknowledge that your pkr998 Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another individual. Any attempt to transfer Account ownership or credentials will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension.

You agree to provide any documentation reasonably requested by pkr998 for KYC verification purposes, including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or screenshots of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.

pkr998 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, subject to minimum and maximum limits as published on the Platform from time to time: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT (TRC20 network).

Deposits: All deposits must be made by the Account holder using a payment method registered in their own name. Third-party deposits — funds transferred from a payment method not belonging to the registered Account holder — are strictly prohibited. Third-party deposits, where detected, will result in the funds being returned to their source and may trigger an Account review. pkr998 charges no fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges, for which pkr998 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless the compliance team approves an alternative method following a successful KYC verification. Withdrawal processing times are indicative and subject to payment provider availability:

• JazzCash: same business day, typically within 1–3 hours of approval.
• EasyPaisa: same business day, typically within 1–3 hours of approval.
• HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank transfers: within 1 business day of approval.
• USDT TRC20: within 2–24 hours depending on network congestion.

pkr998 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where pkr998 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or ongoing bonus wagering requirement fulfilment. Minimum withdrawal amounts are published on the pkr998 Platform and are subject to change with notice.

pkr998 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, weekly cashback, and reload bonuses. All bonus offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any offer-specific terms published alongside each promotion:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Players 21 years of age or older who have a verified pkr998 Account in good standing.
• Each Player may claim each specific offer once unless stated otherwise. pkr998 actively monitors for duplicate Account bonus abuse.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Until the Wagering Requirement is met in full, Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from them cannot be withdrawn.
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the timeframe specified in each promotion. Bonus Funds and associated winnings not cleared within the specified period will expire and be removed from the Account.
• Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Live casino games, sports betting markets, and certain slot titles may contribute at reduced rates — the specific contribution percentages are listed in each promotion's terms on pkr998.
• pkr998 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or reclaim Bonus Funds from an Account at any time where it reasonably suspects abuse, fraud, or technical error resulting in an unintended bonus credit.

Bonus abuse — defined as any strategy, system, or behaviour designed to exploit bonus terms without genuine sporting risk — is a breach of these Terms. pkr998's compliance team reviews wagering patterns and reserves the right to void bonus winnings and/or close Accounts engaged in bonus abuse. Strategies commonly regarded as abuse include but are not limited to: low-margin arbitrage betting to clear bonuses, placing offsetting bets on both outcomes of the same event, and systematically targeting games with the highest bonus contribution rates without genuine gaming intent.

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct on or in connection with the pkr998 Platform:

1. Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using falsified documentation for KYC purposes.
2. Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one pkr998 Account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, evading restrictions, or any other reason.
3. Money Laundering: Using pkr998 to launder, conceal, or convert proceeds of crime. pkr998 is obligated under its licensing terms to report suspicious transactions to relevant financial intelligence authorities.
4. Collusion: Working with other players to fix outcomes, share information to gain an unfair advantage, or co-ordinate betting strategies that constitute cheating in any game on pkr998.
5. Software Exploitation: Using automated software, bots, AI scripting tools, or any technical means to manipulate, automate, or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on pkr998.
6. Abuse of Technical Errors: Knowingly exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in pkr998's software. Winnings generated through exploited errors are void and will be reclaimed from the affected Account.
7. Chargeback Fraud: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with a payment provider in relation to a legitimate deposit on pkr998. Accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks will be suspended and the matter referred to appropriate authorities.
8. Threats or Harassment: Making threatening, abusive, or harassing communications toward pkr998 staff, other players, or any party connected with pkr998 operations.

pkr998 is committed to providing a safe and controlled gaming environment. The Platform offers the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are available immediately through Account Settings without any delay:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit decreases take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a specified period. Loss limit reductions are immediate; increases require a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which pkr998 will automatically log you out.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-up notifications during gaming sessions reminding you of session duration and net win/loss position.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your pkr998 Account for a minimum of 24 hours up to a maximum of 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, you cannot login or place any bets on pkr998.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from pkr998. Permanent self-exclusion closes your Account and cannot be reversed. Semi-permanent exclusions run for a minimum of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be lifted before the elected period expires.

pkr998 is a 21+ only platform without exception. If you believe you have a gambling problem, please do not use pkr998. International responsible gaming support resources are available through your country's recognised problem gambling helplines.

pkr998 uses third-party data and internal monitoring systems to identify players who may be exhibiting signs of problem gambling behaviour. Where pkr998 identifies such signs, it may proactively contact the Player, impose temporary limits, or in serious cases, suspend the Account pending review. This is done in the Player's genuine interest and constitutes a responsible gaming intervention, not a punitive measure.

All content on the pkr998 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, game content, software code, and the overall compilation of the Platform — is the property of pkr998 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pkr998 Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, distribution, or public display of any pkr998 content without prior written consent.
• Modification, adaptation, reverse engineering, or creation of derivative works from pkr998 software or content.
• Commercial exploitation of any pkr998 content, including scraping odds data, game outcomes, or promotional materials for use on third-party sites.
• Framing or mirroring any portion of the pkr998 Platform on another website without prior written authorisation.

The pkr998 name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks of pkr998. Unauthorised use of pkr998 trademarks in any form — including in domain names, social media handles, or promotional materials — is prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkr998's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount of deposits you have made to your pkr998 Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkr998 specifically excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits, business, revenue, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses or damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from Platform unavailability, technical failures, or communication disruptions, including but not limited to Pakistani telecommunications network outages on Jazz, Zong, Telenor, or Ufone networks.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Losses resulting from reliance on any information provided on the pkr998 Platform that proves to be inaccurate or incomplete due to technical errors.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

pkr998 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pkr998 reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any Service at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.

Closure by Player: You may close your pkr998 Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment method. Any active Bonus Funds at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited. Remaining real-money wallet balance will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following identity verification.

Suspension or Termination by pkr998: pkr998 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity detected on or connected to the Account.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by pkr998.
• Reasonable belief that continued Account operation poses regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to pkr998.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon termination for cause, pkr998 reserves the right to forfeit Bonus Funds and any winnings generated through activity found to have breached these Terms. Verified real-money deposits not related to fraudulent activity will be returned to the registered payment method following the completion of any applicable investigation, which may take up to 90 days.

Accounts subject to self-exclusion may not be reopened before the elected exclusion period expires. Requests to reopen self-excluded Accounts before the exclusion period ends will be declined without exception.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr998 holds its primary gaming licence, details of which are available on the pkr998 Platform.

Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of a dispute between you and pkr998, you agree to first contact pkr998 support at [email protected] to attempt resolution informally. pkr998 will acknowledge all formal complaint correspondence within 5 business days and endeavour to reach a resolution within 28 business days.

If informal resolution is not achieved, disputes may be escalated to the dispute resolution mechanism available under pkr998's gaming licence, details of which are published on the Platform. pkr998 will cooperate fully with any formally appointed dispute resolution body or regulator.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising from disputes with pkr998 that cannot be resolved through the above mechanisms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the licensing jurisdiction. By accepting these Terms, you waive any right to jury trial in respect of disputes with pkr998.

pkr998 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect Player rights or obligations — pkr998 will notify registered Players by publishing notice on the pkr998 Platform and, where reasonably practicable, by direct communication to the registered contact details on file.

Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of any provision, or updates to reflect changes in regulatory language) may be made without specific notification. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent amendment.

Your continued use of the pkr998 Platform following the publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using pkr998 and contact support to close your Account.
